Provisions 4.1 Overview of the inspection tool (measuring support) 4.1.1 Definition of inspection tool (measuring support) Inspection fixture is a special inspection equipment used to measure and evaluate the dimensional quality of parts. At the parts production site, the online inspection of the parts is realized through the inspection tool. For this reason, the parts need to be accurately installed on the inspection tool, and then the part profile and surroundings can be inspected by visual inspection, or measurement table, or caliper. Inspection pins or visual inspections visually inspect the holes of different properties on the parts and the connection positions between the parts and the parts, so as to ensure that the quality status of the parts can be quickly judged during trial production and start-up production. In this case, visual inspection or measurement can be used to judge: the deviation between the peripheral size and shape area and relative position of the part contour and the theoretical value of the inspection tool directly processed by CAD/CAM.
